We love our new Neptune Tv! We had a bad storm right after we installed it and everything under our pergola got wet, including the TV, and it didn’t miss a beat! Great picture with no glare. We can watch it from our pool!

Really impressed with the Peerless 55” Full Sun Outdoor TV. The picture is bright and clear even during the day, and it feels extremely well built for outdoor use. We bought this TV May 2026 , was debating on what company to go with. After a lot of research. We decided that Neptune stood out far above the rest of the competition. We bought the full sun exposure and we can see the screen from every angle and has by far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this company and the great product that they produced.

Great picture outdoors

Just had my TV mounted outside. Can’t wait to use it while in the hot tub. The picture is bright and clear without the interference of the sunlight or reflections from the surroundings. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Nice TV for my patio

I was a little nervous buying this TV as I am partial to Samsung and the Android OS. I bought this TV for watching football on my patio so uploading the YouTube TV was very easy by going to the app store and just downloading. This TV has a bright picture in my partial sunlit patio. And the remote is easy to understand and use. I have not had a chance to watch the TV with football and will update when I do.

Came as advertised. Great affordable tv for the deck. Sound is great even just from the tv component, but Bluetooth accessibility allows for other close speakers should sound control outside be an issue. Great purchase.

Great TV

We just got out TV installed so haven't gotten to watch it much due to its been raining ever since! Hopefully we'll get some sunshine this weekend and we can finely enjoy it. The picture is perfect. The sound is great! We can watch and hear it while floating in our pool! We can't wait for cookouts and collage football! Go Clemson Tigers!

This TV has been hit with the full Southern sun daily and some horrific rainstorms and it has worked perfectly every time. We love that we can tilt it for when sitting or enjoying the outside weather. Worth the cost to know it will be okay in the elements!

Great All Season Outdoor TV

We love this TV. It is very light and easy to install. The picture and sound quality are very good. We were going to buy a soundbar, but we do not need it. The sound quality is fine for our outdoor space on our roof. Also, the tilt mount that came with it works very well. We are looking forward to using the TV a lot.

Patio Perfect

We are thrilled with our new outdoor tv. Installation was easy. The picture is fabulous. We are going to enjoy many hours of watching our favorite sports teams and the summer Olympic Games on our patio!

High Quality Outside TV

TV installed approximately one week and very pleased with overall purchase! Packaged well, no issues with shipping. Installation and set-upwas super easy and included a wall mount. Utilizing external speaker options but sound was surprisingly very good from just the tv itself. Picture is clear, even in sun. Installed in exposed pool house and hoping for years of usage. Would definitely purchase again.

High Quality Outside TV

This is my fourth TV in three years…

This is my fourth TV in three years so I finally decided to go for a Neptune. The area is outdoors in the Midwest and underneath the pergola that unfortunately leaks. I’m hoping the Neptune TV holds up, but I have confidence with the product warranty that I will be covered if it fails. The picture is fantastic and the TV seems sturdy durable and well protected from the elements. I’m intrigued by the fact that the TV came with a waterproof remote as well. One piece of feedback that I have for Neptune is that an Apple TV does not fit inside the audiovisual bay on the back of the TV. This is not the end of the world considering it’s a smart TV and you can generally get the app you want however, the NBA season pass app is not available on the LG App Store so I’m not sure how I’m going to be able to watch NBA basketball but at least perhaps I have a TV now that will not die in the elements the other outdoor TVs I have been through in this location had room in the audiovisual bay for the Apple TV, but the Neptune does not beware if you are a consumer and this is important to you. There are some apps available on the Apple TV that are not available in the LG App Store and I wish I had known that.
